BTS V doesn’t post on Twitter very often because he and the other BTS members mostly use one group account called @BTS_twt, and they don’t share a lot there anymore. In the past, like back in 2012 when BTS started, they posted a lot more, with over 750 tweets in December that year, but now they focus more on Instagram and Weverse, so Twitter posts have slowed down a lot. For example, in 2021, they tweeted only about 12 times in January, which is super low compared to before, and V himself doesn’t have his own Twitter account, so all his updates come through the group one.
Since BTS got Instagram accounts in 2021, V has been way more active there, posting fun pictures and videos, while Twitter has become less busy for them, with maybe just a few posts a month from the whole group. Fans say they miss the old days when V and the others tweeted almost every day, sharing silly selfies or messages, but now it’s rare to see even one tweet from @BTS_twt in a week. Statistics show that in 2023, the account had about 61 posts for the whole year, which is around 5 posts a month, and V might be part of only some of those since all seven members share it.
